Role Description

Our fast-growing company is looking for an Digital Platform Specialist to support the Account Management team in onboarding new customers and helping manage existing customers. A successful candidate will have an eye for mobile design, experience with creative platforms and tools, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to quickly master the Blue Bite platform, bring adjacent skills to our company, work well in a team environment, and ultimately to provide value for our customers.

Onboarding Customers

  • Gather and analyze all business and project requirements from customers
  • Collect all necessary assets, including product and experience information
  • Process, reconcile and format large data-sets
  • Upload data-sets/spreadsheets to the platform on behalf of customers
  • Assist customers and Account team in building content experiences with Blue Bite platform
  • Test and perform QA on objects and experiences to ensure customer specifications are met
  • Troubleshoot any technical and performance issues
  • Provide technical support to customers and Account team
  • Partner across teams to deliver the highest level of quality

Customer Management

  • Monitor performance of experiences to ensure successful execution
  • Communicate with Account team regarding performance of experiences
  • Maintain/Create/Update monthly reports
  • Make necessary changes requested by customer or Account team
  • Update object information as customers add additional products to the platform
  • Help create documentation, screenshots and tutorials for customers

Skills and Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in related field, or combination of relevant education and work experience
  • 1-3 years of proven experience as an Account Coordinator coupled with technical expertise preferred, but not required
  • Exemplary verbal, written communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate succinctly over the phone and via email
  • Able to work independently, initiate their own projects as needed to streamline their workload, understand the business process and work in a team environment
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines; working after hours to meet proposal and project deadlines if needed
  • Ability to manage and prioritize several tasks and requests at once
  • Learns quickly, asks questions, wants to understand their responsibilities and the industry
  • Talent and/or eye for mobile design

Software Used

  • MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with HTML, and graphic tools, such as Photoshop preferred, but not required
